A personal health manager allows you to securely and confidentially manage your health information online, record your current health status and medical history, obtain information on your conditions, allergies and medications, and receive condition-specific alerts and appointment reminders.

Healthy Pregnancy Program

Enjoy personalized support through each stage of your pregnancy and delivery. You’ll receive information on identifying pregnancy risk factors, as well as take part in a phone interview to identify your special needs. You’ll also have access to our 24-hour toll-free number to reach experienced nurses.

Online Health Assessment and Report

A private online health assessment survey helps United Healthcare members take a 360 degree look at your overall health. After completing the survey, you’ll receive an immediate online personalized report offering suggestions on how to make healthier lifestyle choices.

Health Improvement Programs

Designed to help you achieve your health objectives in key targeted areas, these six-week programs address a range of topics such as weight loss, healthier diet, and stress relief.
